we are the somatic birth collective

Through workshops, embodied preparation, and rituals of transition, we make room for the practical and the emotional, for curiosity and uncertainty, and for each person's own way of moving through pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.

How do we find our breath when things become intense? What kinds of touch help us settle? How can sound, movement, or another person's presence support us?

These are some of the things we explore together.

Through guided relaxation, hypnosis, visualisation, breathwork, movement, touch, partner practices, and therapeutic sound, we develop tools to draw on during labour, birth, and postpartum. We make space to explore fears, ask questions, and discover what feels supportive through experience and practice.

Two ways to prepare:

Move Into Birth

An extended hypnobirthing & somatic birth preparation course with sound accompaniment

An eight-hour course for pregnant people and their partners, offering time to explore, practice, and return to the tools that feel right for you.

We weave hypnobirthing and guided relaxation together with movement, breath, touch, sound, and embodied partner practices. Across the course, we build familiarity with these practices, explore ways of meeting intensity, and develop a shared understanding of how to support one another through birth.

In addition to other prenatal education or as a stand -alone preparation for those who want time to learn, experiment, and grow into their birth knowledge and confidence together.

Birth Sanctum

A prenatal hypnobirthing & sound experience

Birth Sanctum is the collaborative work of birth doula and artist Sarah Entwistle, and sound artist and therapeutic hypnosis practitioner Laura Fiore.

Through private three-hour sessions and small-group workshops, they bring together hypnobirthing, pregnancy breathwork, visualisation, gentle craniosacral touch points, and Tibetan singing-bowl sound journeys.

These shorter, intentional gatherings offer time to slow down, explore fears and expectations around birth, connect with your baby, and experience deep relaxation through sound and guided practice.

Our complete care package brings together somatic birth preparation, hypnobirthing, live sound therapy, doula accompaniment, bodywork, and postpartum integration. Meet the collective

We are Cristina, Sarah, and Laura — doulas, artists, educators, and practitioners working across somatics, movement, sound, and birth-care.

Our practices come together through a shared interest in embodied learning, attentive care, and what becomes possible when people have time and space to explore their own experiences and capacities.

We bring our professional practices and lived experiences of parenthood into the spaces we hold, meeting each person with curiosity, respect, and care.
